The economic challenges for local business continuations are growing, and unfortunately, business sales or closures are increasing. As a genuine alternative, we – the Hammerle and Köhle families – are here for you.
Our goal is to ensure that the traditionally rooted houses in our region remain under local care. With the 'SERFAUS SELECTED HOMES' project, we have taken it upon ourselves not only to lease established businesses but to continue them successfully in the long term while respecting and preserving the individual family values that have grown over generations. This way, these houses remain vibrant and stay in family ownership for future generations.
Our philosophy is simple: We treat the businesses entrusted to us with the same passion and care as if they were our own homes. It is important to us that the traditional small structures in Serfaus are preserved – especially for the well-being of our region and future generations.
