The people behind 'Serfaus Selected Homes' are Theresa, Stefan, Susanne, and Michael – the Köhle and Hammerle families. As a closely-knit and friendly power team, we complement each other perfectly, and skillfully apply our personal strengths in various areas of the business.
Susanne
The organized team player Susanne takes care of smooth processes behind the scenes. From email correspondence to reservations and travel preparations, she ensures that guests can arrive and enjoy their vacation worry-free from the very start. Supportive and with a positive outlook on new ideas, she strongly backs the rest of the team.
Michael
Michael is the born communicator and the best mediator between guests, employees, and the partner team. With a special sensitivity for people, he picks up on wishes and suggestions, working them into concrete approaches with Stefan. In addition, as a knowledgeable expert in all kinds of sports activities, he is always open for a conversation or to provide information – preferably over a schnaps, treating the guest like royalty.
Theresa
Theresa is the creative mind of the team. She implements marketing measures and excels with a trained eye for design and decoration. With fresh ideas and perspectives, she ensures that guests feel completely at ease both consciously and unconsciously, with everything they need readily available.
Stefan
As a true visionary, Stefan is the innovator and, together with Michael, handles the numbers. With passion, he explores new possibilities and evaluates perspectives to fully realize the potential of this mission. His determination is contagious and inspiring.
