Good to know
Our apartments are ready for check-in from around 3:30 PM. We are looking forward to welcome you personally. If we are not in the house at the time of your arrival, please feel free to contact us by phone. If you are arriving later than 7:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Would you like to arrive earlier and make use of the day? No problem! Just let us know your approximate arrival time, and we will do our best to prepare your apartment as soon as possible. If a parking space is available, you are welcome to use it.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the apartments by 9:00 AM.
All apartments in our properties are equipped as follows:
Kitchen: Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, bowls, glasses, trash bags, dishcloth, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, salt, and pepper.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: Towels and bed linen.
At Annas Garten and Haus Désirée, you will receive a bathrobe for use in the wellness area.
Freshly baked bread for breakfast? You can easily book this service through our app.
In Apart Tyrol and Haus Kristall, you will find an electric vehicle charging station. Public charging stations are available at the entrance to the village.
The final cleaning is not included in the apartment price.
Dogs are welcome at Haus Kristall for an additional fee and under certain pet rules.
Upon request, we are happy to provide high chairs, crib, baby bathtub, step stool, and diaper bin in the apartment.
In Serfaus, there is an enforced restriction on driving; however, driving to the booked accommodation is allowed. Each apartment has one parking space available, except at Haus Désirée – Appartement Untermotz and Annas Garten – Appartement A6, where each two parking spaces are available. If you are planning to arrive with multiple cars, we kindly ask that you to inform us in advance.
Apartment prices are per apartment and per day for standard occupancy. Local tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
Local Tax:
- €3.70 per day per adult
Additional persons on the pull-out couch are available only upon request and at an extra charge.
Ski passes can be purchased directly at the cable car ticket office.
Upon arrival, you will receive the Super.Summer.Card, which is valid throughout your holidays including the day of arrival and departure. Please complete the online check-in for this!
We offer a laundry service in all our apartment buildings. You can book this paid service via our app 'Guestnet'.
You can easily arrange for a mid-stay cleaning through the app for an additional fee.
- Up to 1 month before arrival: Free of charge
- 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price
- 6 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price
- No-show/early departure: 100% of the total arrangement price
